The recent earthquake in Turkey and Syria has left the world shocked. We have all seen the harrowing pictures. More than 25,000 men, women and children have perished but millions more have been left homeless and devastated. Our hearts go out to the families and people affected by this natural event.
As part of our ZEUS GiveBack programme, we look to support worthy causes and there is nothing more worthy than this. For this reason we have decided to dedicate the next step in 100 steps to micro-mobility towards this cause.
From today, our users everywhere can do a small bit to help. Every one that takes a ride on ZEUS will have the opportunity to donate just €3 which will help to provide food, medicine, shelter and clothing for families affected by the disaster (an “add-on” function is available before you start a ride).
All of the proceeds will be donated to the Red Crescent/Red Cross Appeals. We will keep this going for as long as it’s needed.
We would ask all of our users to spare the cost of one cup of coffee for families of Turkey and Syria each time they take a ride with ZEUS.
