We have launched our service in Germany in June 2020, and we are expanding across Germany and Europe over the coming months. At the moment we are operating in over 18 cities. We are now seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and ambitious Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Service and Experience team. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to customers

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Account management

Outbound & Inbound customer contact

Email and phone support

Taking care of own projects

Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs

Reporting to our Customer Experience Manager you will be able to develop and grow in your position.

Training in our systems will be provided and a knowledge of Zendesk will be an advantage along with the ability to communicate well in English, Swedish and German

Qualifications:

At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
