 Zeus Scooters are an innovative and ambitious provider to the e-scooter sharing micro mobility market and recognized as a high potential start-up business.

We have launched our service in Germany in June 2020, and we are expanding across Germany and Europe over the coming months. At the moment we are operating in 15 cities. We are now seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and ambitious Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Service and Experience team.

Salary: 25,000.00 € per year

Providing technical support to customers

Account management

Outbound & inbound customer contact

Email and phone support

Taking care of own projects

 Reporting to our Customer Experience Manager you will be able to develop and grow in your position.

Training in our systems will be provided and a knowledge of Zendesk will be an advantage along with the ability to communicate well in English and German.
